SUBSTITUTE - CUSTODIANS
Job Title: Substitute Custodians Reports to: Maintenance Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED;
- Fingerprint background check is required;
- Must pass a criminal background check that meets required state, federal, and Clarkston School District standards;
- Must have, or be able to obtain, current valid CPR/First aid certificate
- Safe Schools Training is REQUIRED, and needs to be completed BEFORE start date
Job Description:
- Sweep, mop, wax, buff, and scrub floors
- Empty trash and garbage containers
- Dust, wax, and polish furniture and woodwork and metal work
- Wash windows, walls, and blinds
- Move and arrange furniture as required
- Unlock and lock buildings
- Prepare buildings for meetings and programs
- Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and other areas as required
- Other duties may be required by building administrator
- Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager
