What You'll Do:
Partner closely with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, and ensure exceptional resident care
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and frontline staff to deliver the highest quality services
Build strong community relationships and represent the community with pride to families, professionals, and local partners
Champion regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and financial performance
Support staffing, training, retention, and performance management efforts across all departments
- Perform HR-related tasks such as payroll processing, recruiting, hiring, orientation, work comp processing, and compliance for employee files
Cultivate a culture where residents feel safe, supported, and dignified
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years' leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
High school diploma required; bachelor's in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of state/federal regulations and senior living operations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
A passion for people and a commitment to excellence
- Must have or be willing to obtain CORE certification to be an administrator for Assisted Living
