About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced entrepreneur leading multiple businesses, investments, and family priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, ensuring follow-through, and helping a visionary leader stay focused on what matters most.

20% Personal & Lifestyle Support

Who You’ll Support

- Owner & President of Impact Professionals
- Leader in a global direct selling organization
- Senior Executive in a multi-entity business group
- Active in national policy and leadership initiatives
- Real estate investor (Anna Maria Island property)
- Husband and father of two

- Calendar is organized, optimized, and conflict-free
- Key priorities are tracked and followed through consistently
- Projects move forward without constant oversight
- Communication is streamlined and intentional
- Travel and logistics run seamlessly
- Physical and digital environments are organized and efficient

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

- Own and optimize calendar management across multiple priorities
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and events with precision
- Act as a facilitator for time, communication, and priorities
- Organize inboxes, flag key items, and assist with responses (including drafting from dictation)
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups to ensure execution

Operations & Project Coordination

- Track tasks, deadlines, and key initiatives across businesses
- Ensure follow-through from team members and partners
- Organize and manage ongoing and new projects
- Assist in launching new businesses and non-profits
- Create systems to improve efficiency and reduce chaos

Travel & Logistics

- Plan and coordinate business and personal travel
- Occasionally travel alongside for support (rare but important)
- Ensure seamless itineraries and contingency planning

Personal Support (20%)

- Run high-level errands (Bradenton, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island)
- Gift sourcing and coordination
- Schedule personal appointments and logistics
- Assist with rental property coordination and vendor communication
- Support organization of documents, finances, and tax preparation (with professionals)

Environment & Organization

- Help physically organize office and workspace
- Create systems for both digital and physical organization
- Bring structure to workflows and daily operations

- Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously

- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, task/project tools)

Growth Opportunity

Compensation

- Base salary: $60,000
- Performance-based bonus: up to $5,000 annually
- Total compensation: $60,000 – $65,000
- Opportunity for growth into operations and leadership roles with increased compensation
