Key Responsibilities
You will work as part of a professional 3–5 person crew to maintain high-end commercial properties:
- Precision Mowing: Operating industrial stand-up and push mowers.
- Detailing: String trimming (weed eating), blowing, and weeding.
- Property Care: Pruning shrubs and performing basic sprinkler repairs.
- Teamwork: Collaborating to ensure all weekly tasks are completed efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Commitment: Ability to work full-time in summer and maintain part-time/flexible hours in the fall.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs, carry a backpack blower, and stand/walk for long shifts.
- Resilience: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (sun, wind, rain, or snow).
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in leaving a property looking "distinctive."
- Logistics: Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to unique starting locations each day.
Schedule & Requirements
- Summer: Full-time (Monday–Friday) with some Saturday work required.
- School Year: Flexible hours based on your availability.
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
