This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in Boca Raton, FL. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage and process expense reports, handle accounting tasks, complete journal entries, and ensure accuracy in financial documentation. The role involves maintaining detailed records, reviewing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and supporting overall financial operations.
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and handling Journal Entries
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and identify financial discrepancies
