This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Boca Raton, FL. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and tracking all receivables, processing invoices, performing collections, and maintaining financial records. Additional tasks include reconciling accounts, ensuring timely payments, and communicating with clients regarding account statuses and payment plans.
- Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset to manage financial records and identify discrepancies.
- Knowledge of finance principles and practices, especially in accounts receivable and debt collection.
