At Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area, you'll work directly with hotel leaders, interact with clients, assist in planning meetings and events, and gain exposure to every aspect of hotel sales and operations.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to support partner for our Sales & Events team.
- Assist with client communications, proposals, contracts, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, group bookings, and special events.
- Create professional presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Maintain CRM and sales systems with accurate client and account information.
- Work closely with Front Desk, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
- Track sales performance, business opportunities, and revenue-driving activities.
- Help deliver memorable guest and client experiences from inquiry to execution.
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales support, event planning, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Positive, energetic, and team-focused mindset.
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the hospitality industry.
- Competitive pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
