This individual will oversee the daily operations of our guest services team and will assist in providing a seamless and elevated experience for all guests while ensuring our lobby, hotel entrance and public spaces are maintained.

The Director of Guest Services at Hilton Mystic plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service quality. This individual will oversee the daily operations of our guest services team and will assist in providing a seamless and elevated experience for all guests while ensuring our lobby, hotel entrance and public spaces are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Front Office team with assistance from our Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Desk Manager
- Support the Housekeeping Manager and supervisors to consistently deliver clean, comfortable accommodations to all guests.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed
- Minimum 5 years in hotel management position
- Previous AAA Four Diamond experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
- Ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
