Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases in a timely manner.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and company events.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits enrollment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
