What You'll Do
Create Memorable Guest Experiences
- Deliver warm, attentive service that makes every guest feel welcome and valued.
- Build genuine connections with guests and create an inviting, enjoyable atmosphere.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
- Prepare beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment.
- Ensure inventory is stocked and ready to support service demands.
- Demonstrate responsible alcohol service and verify guest identification as required.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with hotel team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage service, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- TIPS Certification preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
