Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations at our Somerville, MA location. The ideal candidate will lead a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed according to hotel standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide excellent guest service.
- Manage daily schedules, payroll, and work assignments for housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies and linens as needed.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation policies.
- Minimum of 2 years housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting and payroll management preferred.
- $52,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly.
