Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards
- Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff to support efficient operations and strong performance
- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly and address deficiencies promptly
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment while controlling labor and departmental costs
- Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Maintain accurate reports, inspections, and staff records
- Support a positive team environment and assist with other operational duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a full-service or branded hotel
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 annually
