This is much more than a tax preparation role. It will include

• You'll work with new clients to review their overall tax position, identify opportunities to reduce tax liabilities, and develop practical tax strategies that create long term value.
• Advise clients on areas such as entity structure, tax efficient planning, and other opportunities to improve their overall tax position.
• Look beyond compliance by proactively identifying tax savings and planning opportunities throughout the year.

It’s a great fit for someone with at least 5 years of tax prep experience and at least two years of tax strategic conversations with your EA or CPA (or working towards). Maybe you’re running your own firm and want to get back into a team.

Maybe you’re in a bigger practice and sick of the box you've been put in. Either way, you’ll need to be self-sufficient, motivated, and happy working with independence.

Location wise you’ll ideally be in reach of the Indianapolis office, preferably within 1 hour so you could access the office but if you’re in wider Indiana then they’re open to it.
