General Liability Attorney
King of Prussia, PA | Hybrid
Salary: $140,000–$185,000, depending on experience
Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours
A respected litigation firm is seeking a General Liability Attorney to join its growing King of Prussia office.
This position offers hybrid working, competitive compensation and a manageable 1,800-hour billable requirement. It is well suited to an attorney who wants greater control over their caseload, more direct client contact and improved work-life balance.
You will be trusted to manage your matters independently, with partner support available when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Defend general liability, premises liability, automobile and slip-and-fall claims
- Manage cases from initial instruction through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend court hearings, mediations and arbitrations
- Advise clients on case strategy, exposure and resolution
- Negotiate settlements and pursue favourable outcomes
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- At least one year of insurance defence or related litigation experience
- Pennsylvania Bar admission preferred
- Strong legal research, writing and case management skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines independently
- Confident and professional client communication
