What you’ll actually do:
– Lead tax compliance and planning for individuals, pass-throughs, and corporations
– Advise on multi-state tax, residency planning, and high-net-worth structures
– Prepare and review complex returns while mentoring staff, helping them grow without micromanaging
– Partner with clients who value your insight, trust your judgment, and see you as a strategic resource
– Help shape workflows, improve processes, and support a team that balances efficiency with quality

What you bring:
– 6 years of public accounting tax experience
– Strong background with partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and individual tax
– CPA preferred (EA also considered)

Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 (base)
Schedule: Hybrid, mix of Reno office and focused remote days
