It's quite refreshing to find a CPA firm that understands not everyone has the same career ambitions.
Some people want to become Partner, build something of their own and eventually have a say in how the business is run. Others just want to earn good money, enjoy their work and have a life outside of tax season.

They're a small, independent CPA firm in Pompano Beach with an established client base and Partners who have no interest in turning the place into another corporate accounting firm.

Two of the Partners are starting to think about retirement, and rather than selling the firm, they'd like to find people who could eventually take over. You'll have the chance to build relationships with their clients, work directly alongside them and gradually become more involved in running the practice.
But there's no pressure to take that route if it's not what you want.
What they're looking for:
- 5 years of recent Public Accounting tax experience
- Strong preparation and review experience across 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 and 1120S returns
- Experience managing business owners and HNW client relationships
- Confidence reviewing complex tax work and supporting junior staff
- CPA preferred, or someone actively working towards it
And there's plenty to like about the package.
