A team of around 20 people with enough scale to have structure, good systems, and solid standards, but still small enough that your work is visible, your input matters, and your progression does not disappear behind layers of hierarchy.

What you’ll be doing

Reviewing complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax work

Leading planning conversations with clients throughout the year

Managing workflow across Seniors and Preparers

Supporting accounting work where it makes sense for the client

Coaching junior staff and helping develop the team

Playing a visible part in how work gets delivered across the firm
