What you will be doing
- Overseeing day to day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow across tax, accounting and admin teams
- Improving systems, processes and internal organisation to help the firm scale as new acquisitions are integrated
- Managing scheduling, deadlines and workflow tracking so client work stays on track, especially during busy season
- Handling onboarding, basic HR administration, vendor relationships and general practice management tasks
- Supporting the partners with operational oversight, communication, reporting and problem solving
- Acting as a steady point of contact for staff, helping create structure, consistency and accountability
