About that salary
It's deliberately wide. The firm wants to be able to pay a mid level associate fairly and a senior attorney or counsel properly, without forcing anyone into a box. If you're experienced, you'll be paid like it, and you'll get the larger exposure files to match.
Who it suits
Lawyers who like to get to the scene, ask awkward questions of property managers and security vendors, and build a defense from facts rather than templates. If you're happiest when you're investigating, GL is your practice.
What changes when you move
