A well-established law firm is seeking two Commercial Litigation Attorneys with 4–6 years of experience to join its team. These positions offer significant client contact and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative and supportive environment. Experience in Chancery practice, health law, or construction law is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions, discovery, and legal research
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
- Work closely with partners and clients to develop and implement case strategies
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar required; New York admission is a plus
- 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Experience in both state and federal court
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Proficiency in eDiscovery, including preservation, collection, and review of electronic evidence; experience with platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet deadlines
- Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
Salary : $160,000 - $210,000
