Who I’m looking to speak with
I’m working with national, regional and boutique firms across Columbia, and I want to hear from associates and partners with experience in:
- Insurance Defense: general liability, professional liability, products liability, trucking and premises
- Medical Malpractice Defense
- Construction: litigation and transactional
- Commercial Litigation: contract and business disputes
- Labor & Employment: employer-side litigation and counselling
- Corporate: M&A, business transactions and general corporate
- Real Estate / Commercial Real Estate & Finance: development, leasing and lending
What you’ll need
- Associates: 2 years of law firm experience in one or more of the areas above, ideally managing your own matters
- Partners: an established practice with strong client and carrier relationships. A portable book of business is a plus, but not essential for every role
- Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the South Carolina Bar
