Position Overview

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $22.50

Distant Lands Coffee is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Green Coffee Warehouse team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading coffee shipments, moving and organizing inventory, picking orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is a physically active position that requires frequent lifting, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

What You'll Do

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Load and unload coffee containers and shipments
• Move, stack, and organize green coffee inventory
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Complete required paperwork and inventory documentation
• Follow food safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic English reading and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
• Forklift experience or certification
• Experience working in food manufacturing or production environments

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and dust
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and material handling
• Safety-focused production and warehouse setting
