We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic team member to help keep our coffee business running smoothly. This position combines local delivery driving with hands-on coffee roasting in a friendly, small-business environment.
Position Details
- Pay: $20 per hour
- Hours: 30–35 hours per week
- Position: Part-time
- Schedule: Flexible, with a mix of delivery and roasting responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Deliver fresh coffee to local cafés, businesses, and customers.
- Safely load, transport, and unload coffee orders.
- Assist with roasting, packaging, labeling, and preparing coffee for delivery.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Provide friendly, reliable service to our customers.
- Work as part of a small team where everyone pitches in.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to lift and carry bags and boxes of coffee.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn the craft of coffee roasting. Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
