Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Sales Reps and Account Managers with day-to-day client activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and retail teams at grocery retail accounts.
- Assist in coordinating project deliverables from design through production to in-store execution.
- Track account activities, program updates, and customer communications in CRM tools.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales reviews.
- Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis within assigned territories.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and help resolve issues as they arise.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or retail merchandising (CPG or display industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM platforms.
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
