We’re currently looking for a Budtender who is personable, reliable, and passionate about the cannabis/hemp industry to join our team.
Position Overview
As a Budtender, you are the face of SummerFlower. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering a great in-store experience, educating customers, and driving sales through product knowledge and genuine connection.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Educate customers on products, effects, and proper use (within legal guidelines)
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space
- Restock products and assist with inventory as needed
- Stay up to date on new products and industry trends
- Follow all store policies and compliance procedures
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old
- Weekend availability is required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
- Passion for the cannabis/hemp industry and learning about products
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
