**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare provider, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding as needed.
- Monitor and document patients' health status, reporting any significant changes to the supervisory team.
- Support patients with mobility by assisting with transfers and repositioning to promote comfort and prevent injury.
- Maintain open communication with patients and their families, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Follow all healthcare protocols and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and certification.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active CNA or HHA certification/license in New Jersey.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
