Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our growing pediatric dental practice, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families. You will greet them as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as checking insurances. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the practice
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their appointments
Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
Salary : $20 - $25
