Duties
- Perform tire inspections to identify damage, uneven wear, or other issues requiring attention
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
- Conduct wheel alignments to optimize vehicle handling and tire longevity
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and basic mechanical repairs when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining tire options and maintenance recommendations clearly
- Lift heavy tires safely during installation or replacement procedures while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to customers or team members
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance skills
- Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience performing tire service, wheel alignments, oil changes, and general automotive repairs
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Familiarity with automotive service standards and safety procedures is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
