Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping and vaccuming to ensure a polished appearance
• Handle trash removal throughout the warehouse to uphold cleanliness standards
• Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting surfaces, cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch areas
• Maintaining a clean and sanitized breakroom by cleaning the tables, microwaves and refrigerator.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to maintenance teams
• Support industrial cleaning projects when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed during heavy-duty tasks

Skills

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and efficiency in completing tasks
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive cleaning activities
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance needs
