Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This vital role involves performing cleaning and custodial tasks that ensure our spaces are hygienic, organized, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and experience in commercial cleaning to support our team’s operations and uphold high standards of cleanliness. We have full and part time positions, morning and evening shift.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment
- Support custodial duties related to trash removal, recycling collection, and restocking supplies
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues
