At Discount Dave’s Carpet & Flooring, we’re more than just great prices — we’re the 417 areas flooring pros. For over 18 years, we’ve built our name on honesty, hard work, and helping customers get the right floors at the right price.
Now, we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help us bring that same level of service and savings directly to homebuilders, contractors, and property management teams in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, property managers, and small businesses.
- Meet customers on-site to measure, quote, and recommend the best flooring options for their needs and budget.
- Follow up on leads from our stores, website, and marketing campaigns — and find new opportunities through your own networking.
- Present and sell a wide range of products: carpet, LVP, hardwood, tile, and more.
- Coordinate with our in-store and installation teams to ensure smooth scheduling and happy customers.
- Represent the Discount Dave’s brand with professionalism, integrity, and a friendly, can-do attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in outside sales, flooring, or construction — or a strong drive to learn the trade.
- Confidence talking with customers and closing deals face-to-face.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated — you take pride in getting the job done right.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, email, spreadsheets).
