Position Overview
As a key member of our sales team, you will guide customers through the flooring selection process, recommend solutions tailored to their needs, and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in the showroom and on-site visits
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate flooring products
- Generate quotes and close sales
- Maintain knowledge of current trends, products, and installation techniques
- Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors
- Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read floor plans and take accurate measurements
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
