Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santee, CA, for an Application Specialist. The Application Specialist will provide technical and application support to customers and internal teams, troubleshoot issues related to pump performance, and offer recommendations for optimal system efficiency. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with the engineering team to implement tailored solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for assisting with client inquiries and delivering technical training as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate system requirements and performance
- Experience in application support and troubleshooting technical challenges
- Proficiency in technical support and problem resolution
- Excellent communication skills for resolving customer inquiries and collaborating with team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
