We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our location in Lafayette, IN. As Store Manager, you’ll be the captain of the ship—responsible for building a winning team, delivering an amazing customer experience, and keeping store operations running smoothly.
Your Main Quests Will Include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Overseeing daily operations—opening/closing, scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Buying, selling, and trading games, movies, electronics, and accessories while keeping our inventory fresh and exciting.
- Setting and achieving sales goals, tracking performance, and driving store profitability.
- Hiring, training, and developing team members (and future leaders).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging store environment.
- Handling customer concerns and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and asset protection measures.
