Schedule: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, 2–3 scheduled field days
About the Opportunity
Looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity that gets you out of the office without requiring a 5 day a week commitment?
Disaster Recovery Restoration (DRR), a locally owned restoration company based in Tempe, is launching a new fire response outreach program. We're looking for a reliable, resourceful individual to help us identify properties affected by fires and deliver helpful recovery information to homeowners and residents throughout the Valley.
This is an independent field position with a limited weekly schedule and the opportunity to grow as the program develops.
What You'll Do
- Travel assigned routes to locate and verify properties affected by reported fires.
- Deliver DRR informational packets to confirmed addresses, when appropriate.
- Document property information, visit outcomes and photos using a simple digital form.
- Track work hours and business mileage accurately.
- Communicate potential customer inquiries to DRR management.
- Represent DRR professionally and respectfully in the community.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable, organized and comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and appropriate auto insurance.
- Comfortable using Google Maps, a smartphone and digital reporting tools.
- Professional, personable and able to exercise good judgment.
- Familiarity with the Phoenix Metro Area preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Compensation & Growth
- $22/hour plus approved mileage reimbursement.
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week, primarily on scheduled field days.
- Initial 60-day program pilot, with a review of performance and program results.
- Potential for performance-based bonuses and expanded hours following the pilot, based on business needs and management approval.
- Training, assigned routes and reporting tools provided.
