Disaster Recovery Restoration (DRR) is a locally owned restoration company looking for an outgoing, dependable person to represent us in front of our existing clients and business relationships throughout the Valley.

You'll make friendly, in-person visits, keep DRR top of mind and help strengthen the relationships we've worked hard to build.

No cold calling. No sales quotas. No pressure to close deals.

We're starting with just three days per month, but there's real potential for additional hours and responsibilities as the program grows.

What You'll Do

• Visit existing clients along preplanned routes throughout the Phoenix metro area.
• Build rapport with property managers, senior living facilities and insurance agencies.
• Deliver promotional items, client gifts and company information.
• Have genuine conversations, listen for feedback and share important updates with leadership.
• Complete a quick Google Form after each visit and track your hours using a mobile app.

We'll provide the routes, materials, training and a simple conversation guide. You bring the personality!

A few additional details:

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR check required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Hospitality, customer service, promotions or client relations experience is helpful but not required.
• No restoration experience needed. We'll teach you about DRR!

Schedule & Opportunity

This position starts at approximately 20 hours per month across three consecutive field days. We aim to schedule the same week each month, with occasional adjustments for holidays or business needs.

You'll receive $25/hour, approved business mileage reimbursement, preplanned routes and support from our leadership team.

This is an in-person, field-based role with a 60-day introductory evaluation period.

As the program grows, there may be opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities, although they are not guaranteed.

Outside Employment & Confidentiality

We understand this is a very part-time role and welcome candidates with other jobs or commitments. Outside employment must not interfere with this position or create a conflict of interest, including conflicting work for competing restoration companies.

The selected candidate will be required to sign DRR's confidentiality, non-solicitation and applicable restrictive covenant agreements, subject to Arizona law.
