Key Responsibilities
- Package orders
- Shipping
- Process orders
- Load and unload orders
- Conduct visual quality checks to ensure finished products meet exact design and color standards
- Perform routine daily care, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance on print equipment
- Collaborate closely with team members and production leads to hit daily output goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and on-time arrival every shift
- Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for spotting imperfections, alignment issues, or color variances
- Team Spirit: Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in an active plant environment
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort using touchscreen interfaces, computers, and basic hand tools
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40–50 lbs comfortably during your shift
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required!)
