Print Operator Wed to Sat 6am to 4:30pm

We are hiring motivated Print Operators and Screen Printers to run our large-format, high-tech industrial digital printers (including Durst systems). Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor digital industrial printers (Durst and related equipment) throughout production runs
• Load raw materials, set up print jobs, and ensure ink levels and system settings are optimized
• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure finished products meet exact design and color standards
• Perform routine daily care, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance on print equipment
• Collaborate closely with team members and production leads to hit daily output goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for spotting imperfections, alignment issues, or color variances
• Team Spirit: Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in an active plant environment
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort using touchscreen interfaces, computers, and basic hand tools
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40–50 lbs comfortably during your shift
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required!)

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
