Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Dig trenches, holes, and foundations using shovels and other manual tools under supervision
- Support equipment operators by guiding machinery and ensuring proper positioning
- Help load and unload materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety standards
