Job Summary
Dirla, Inc. Properties is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Grounds & Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our apartment communities and commercial properties.
This is an outdoor position that includes much more than mowing grass. The successful candidate will perform a variety of groundskeeping, landscaping, and general property maintenance tasks at multiple locations throughout the Branson, Ozark, and Springfield area.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care
- Tree and shrub trimming
- Landscape improvements and seasonal planting
- Gutter cleaning and minor gutter repairs
- Pressure washing buildings, sidewalks, and common areas
- General exterior building maintenance
- Fence, railing, and minor carpentry repairs
- Picking up trash and debris throughout the properties
- Snow removal and ice treatment during winter months
- Operating commercial landscaping equipment
- Assisting with light maintenance projects as needed
- Helping prepare apartments and properties for inspections
- Maintaining a clean, professional appearance at all properties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience operating commercial mowing and landscaping equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to safely use ladders and work at moderate heights
- Dependable transportation
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Apartment or commercial property maintenance
- Landscaping
- Irrigation systems
- Tree trimming
- Gutter repair
- Pressure washing
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- Painting
- General carpentry

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
