This role is part of DirectRx’s Pharmacy Foundations Program, designed to gradually build skills through structured training and exposure to different areas of pharmacy operations. Responsibilities are introduced in stages and expand as training milestones are completed.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare medications for patient shipment in accordance with pharmacy procedures.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Complete all required onboarding, safety, and pharmacy training.
- Learn and follow established workflows related to fulfillment, quality, and compliance.
- Support inventory-related tasks as assigned, including organization and tracking.
- Gain exposure to additional pharmacy and patient-support functions over time, with responsibilities expanding based on accuracy, consistency, and overall fit.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy team members to meet daily operational goals.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Are you available to work 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM Monday through Friday, with a rotating schedule that includes every other Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) and one weekday off during that week?
