Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Lead – West Dundee, IL (2 Positions)
$55,000 to $65,000/Annually, plus benefits – 1st shift, bilingual strongly preferred

Our Department Managers and leaders are a critical part of our success. You will act as a frontline manager in our warehouse, guiding the work of our warehouse coordinators, and be responsible for their productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Monitor employee attendance records and enforce company policies regarding punctuality and absenteeism.
- Train new employees on safety protocols, operating procedures, and product specifications.
- Responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt to the shipment of products to external customers.
- Work within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or methods.
- Audit and process orders to assure variance targets are met or resolved on a timely basis.
- Compare physical inventory counts with inventory levels
- Participate in training and process improvement activities with production and warehouse teams.
- Audit the quality of work performed by team members and provide feedback, as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of professional conduct
- Take a lead role in onboarding and training new hires
Requirements
- 1-3 years of stable warehouse environment experience, or recent college grads with internship experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
