$22-$25/Hour OT at time and a half

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Logistics Specialist to join our team in Mount Prospect, IL. What You’ll Do:
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, delays, and process inefficiencies
- Maintain detailed and accurate shipping records using Excel and internal systems
- Collaborate with carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to troubleshoot issues
- Resolve shipment-related problems, including delays, missing documentation, and carrier availability
- Provide administrative support and contribute to team projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- Internship experience or relevant administrative background is a plus but not required
- Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Quick to learn new technologies, platforms, and systems
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment
- Eagerness to learn industry from the ground up
- Must be okay with overtime.
