WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (Onsite) some travel
DURATION: 12 month contract potential extension

ROLE
The IT Technical Aid provides basic technical support and assists IT professionals in maintaining and supporting information systems infrastructure. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, device installation, printer operations, and user support in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is approachable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum two (2) years of specialized clerical or technical experience in an IT or information systems environment.
· Experience installing desktop software and/or operating high-speed commercial printers.
· Proficiency in customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Preferred: 2 years of experience in IT field support, device deployment, or onboarding support.
· Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Tanium, or asset management tools.
· Preferred: Experience supporting migrations or new company stand-ups.
Salary : $20 - $23
