What You'll Do
- Build and manage a growing book of carrier partnerships across active lanes
- Negotiate rates with precision using market intelligence and relationship leverage
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams on exceptions and resolutions
- Track shipments and deliver accurate real-time status before anyone has to ask
What We Need From You
Organized, assertive, and solutions first. You manage shifting priorities without dropping the ball. You communicate clearly, listen well, and build trust fast. Microsoft Office proficiency required; TMS or logistics software a plus. Military logistics background is a recognized advantage.
