Carrier Sales Representative

The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with carriers. You will utilize market and historical data to accurately negotiate with carrier partners. You will proactively communicate on issues across multiple departments, accurately track customer shipments, and provide real-time status updates.
An ideal candidate for this position needs to be assertive, passionate, empathetic, and dedicated to their personal growth and focused on cultivating strong, meaningful relationships. You are a self-starter, who enjoys collaborating with others in a team setting. You thrive in an environment where learning and development are a core part of the culture. You have demonstrated experience in handling complex situations and bring a solution-oriented mindset. You have strong communication and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and must read, write, and speak English fluently. This is a full-time position, on-site at our Boca Raton or Coral Springs office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.
