This role is vital in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring a smooth workflow across all departments.
Position Summary:
The Office Administrator will handle a wide range of administrative and operational duties. This individual will serve as the hub of communication and organization for our team, supporting accounting, project management, field staff, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing mail, filing, and ordering office supplies.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, vendor coordination, and expense tracking.
- Support project teams with document control, subcontractor communication, and permit tracking.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project and administrative records.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements when needed.
- Assist HR and leadership with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Provide administrative support for bids, proposals, and preconstruction documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage Marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Salary : $42,000 - $65,000
