Location: Fort Smith, AR
Pay: $16.50 per Hour

- Monday – Friday: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Direct Staffing is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public, stays motivated without constant supervision, and is willing to work hard.
JOB DUTIES:
- Load and unload items
- You will be in charge of picking your own orders
- Load trucks correctly to prevent cargo shifting during transit
- Drive company vehicles along planned routes to make on-time deliveries
- Unload merchandise at customer locations and obtain any required signatures or payments that you may be picking up
- Obey traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups
- Safely operate company vehicles
- Complete pickup documentation as required
- Represent the organization in a professional manner
- Assist with additional duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong customer service experience required
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items on a regular basis
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Positive attitude and easy to work with
- Must have a clean background
- Must pass a drug screen
