Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Position Summary

Apex Filtration is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to support our commercial HVAC air filtration business. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, making deliveries, and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, works well independently, and provides excellent customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
• Assist with periodic inventory counts.

Delivery Responsibilities

• Safely deliver products to commercial and industrial customer locations.
• Verify deliveries against packing slips and obtain customer signatures.
• Load and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Perform routine inspections of company vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude while representing Apex Filtration.

General Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, service technicians, and office personnel.
• Assist other departments as workload requires.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
• Ability to work in warehouse environments and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
