Job Description:In this role, you will own and deepen relationships with platform partners, shape joint go-to-market strategies, and drive measurable growth through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities. You will work across sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between partnerships and business goals, while representing the firm authentically in the marketplace.This is both a strategic and highly engaged role: as a member of the leadership team, you will shape long-term growth while also directly engaging with partner executives, co-leading initiatives, and holding the organization accountable to outcomes. Primary Roles/Responsibilities & Duties:Business & LeadershipServe on the leadership team responsible for shaping business growth and company direction.Own performance metrics related to partnerships, including pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and partner satisfaction.Evaluate and pursue new alliances that expand their market presence or deepen their industry specialization.Hands-On Partner EngagementOwn and deepen relationships with partner account executives, alliance managers, and field teams across Quickbase, Mendix, Procore and others with a focus on trust and long-term value.Represent the firm in partner advisory boards, industry events, and strategic forums as a credible and grounded voice for their brand and capabilities.Act as an escalation point for critical issues, ensuring quick, solutions-first responses.Partnership Oversight & GovernanceLead joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, solution development, and field enablement efforts.Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth through intentional collaboration, shared goals, and clear reporting mechanisms.Track and report on key performance indicators to ensure accountability and tangible outcomes.People & Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with sales, marketing, and delivery leaders to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.Mentor internal teams on how to leverage partner relationships to strengthen client value and growth.Foster a culture of collaboration and trust across all partnership engagements.Continuous ImprovementRegularly assess the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and refine approaches to maximize impact.Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the partner ecosystem.Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and partner experience.Duties:Meet regularly with partner executives and field teams to reinforce trust and alignment.Co-lead go-to-market initiatives with partners, ensuring both strategic vision and tactical execution.Monitor and report on partnership KPIs, including pipeline and revenue contribution.Step in on escalations to troubleshoot challenges and resolve blockers.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner efforts directly support sales, marketing, and delivery.Evaluate new partnership opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.Represent the company at partner events, forums, and industry conferences. Key Must Have’s:Degree is NOT a deal breaker, but ideally if they have one and/or other certifications and or MBA is preferred.Must have previous experience managing alliances/partnerships and/or ecosystems within enterprise platforms or SaaS.Understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, enterprise SaaS, and/or industry-specific customizable solutions.Understanding “custom platforms” and “custom integration” and how to fill the gaps is important.Ideally understand the industries of Construction, Finance and ManufacturingCo-selling, doing events, building relationships.7 /- years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development sales, or channel management.High emotional intelligence and ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.Strong track record of driving measurable business growth through partnerships.Executive-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to balance strategy with operational execution.This job is to go to other enterprise organizations, understand where they struggle with their software and show them how they can help plug the gaps with their services and then partner with them as that company sells, they can sell more now that they can help them with X, Y, Z in terms of services.They will look at all companies providing Mendix, ProCore and Quickbase and that will be the starting point.Company DescriptionGreat company to start and grow your career with, excellent growth opportunities
